probably the House of Quark, don't have that many favorites in this season. But I'd say that would be it for this season

I liked Heart of Stone. Odo confesses his love with Nerys! (not the real Nerys, of course)

Lots of good ones to chose from, but I'll go with 'The Die Is Cast' lots of drama/tension/smoke and mirrors with the Founders/Tal Shair/Obsidian Order.
