I was watching an episode of Voyager I hadn't seen before (Drone) and couldn't stop thinking I recognized the Borg Drone "One" from someplace. About half way through the episode it dawned on me. It's Mestral! From that point on I couldn't think of him as a Borg anymore, all I could see was Mestral watching I Love Lucy LOL

He was also a Nazi in The Killing Game, both parts. He was that jerk who got 'brigette' (Torres) pregnant. I hated that guy. Good performance from Boehmer.

No, In that episode a borg done was created from Seven's nanoprobes getting into the doctor's mobile emitter during a transporter accident. The mobile emitter assimilated the science lab and made a borg maturation chamber to develop a borg using a crew member's DNA. So the borg drone, one, was never actually assimilated.
