    For me it's the chinese medicine my grandma gives me...

    *shivers*

    It's nasty but works better than western medicine...

    One is Cicadas boiled with two types of root, soem type of tree bark, and some type of flower...

    It was nasty but got rid of my allergies for a month so I was happy...

    By the way, cicadas are the bugs in your tree that make the weird noises.....

    They're actually eggs soaked in an alkaline powder and the eggs stay like that for a year until eaten..

    Snake soup was great!!!!

    I've eaten octupus...

    What about Sea cucumber??? It was interesting..


  3. Some advancements had already happened. NASA's experimental deep space probe, Deep Space One, use nuclear generated power to push the probe to ten percent of the speed of light. Its advanced ion propulsion drive exceeded many expectations. Wouldn't it be great if NASA launch another probe with a second generation ion drive and call it impulse, one step closer to the Trekiverse anti-matter powered warp drive?

    We wish....

    We couldn't generate a stable warp field. The possibilited of bending space time are great but could cause permanent damage to the continuum and result in dimensional implosions or distortion where time may intesect space in a very dangerous and unstable way. We may never know the effects on our bending the timespace continuum. folding space time would obviously cause permanent damage where strings would become unstable. Anti matter engines aren't going to happern for another 100 years at least... We haven't even achieved travel out side of the solar system. We first have to experiment on the possiblity of the graviton. We must harness the strange and wonderful powers of the guage bosons. These forces that they use are unknown to us. fusion must be achieved to understand these particles fully. There i evidence that extremely large or gravitaionally strong celestial objects may be the driving force of the bending of space time. It is comepletely possible that the elusive graviton is a facsimile of the chronaton or tachyon. W must find the tachyon before light speed is achieved. That may be the key to the gravitational constant in the universe. It may also be the key to breaking the barrier of relativistic speeds we face. As we all know, objects get heavier as they approach the speed of light. Theoretically according to Einstein's theory of realtivity, energy must be manipulated in order of the speed of the object to increase. You would also have to decrease the mass. However according to the Second Law of Thermodynamics we are not able to do that as entropy must be kept. And Newton's law of energy conservation is linked to relativity in that matter is energy. In order for relativistic speeds to be achieved, we must first break these barriers.


  4. Time is a spacial metric parameter.  That is, it is an element whereby we measure the universe.  Current theory holds to an 11 dimensional universe plus a single time dimension.  These dimensions, though considered to be orthogonal, can be interlinked

    or depend on each other depending on the metric one uses.  For example, the

    Schwarzchild metric, which is used to calculate space-time measurements in the

    vicinity of masses (but does not work at all inside a black hole or singularity, or at

    radius=0) draws a link between the three spatial dimensions we are used to and

    add a dependence on time.  However, to say that time is a particle (as we currently

    define particles and time) is not exact.  Rather, the particles define the metric 

    whereby we measure time and space.

     

    Additionally, the particle physicists have a whole class of particles called the gauge bosons that mediate forces.  These include the photon, gluon, Z, W, and the

    speculated (but never seen) graviton which mediates the gravitational force.  If you want to define time as being affected or "mediated" by a particle, then you would -

    loosely - attribute this to a graviton.  Keep in mind that this force is so weak compared to the others, that our experience to date does not include the graviton.

    that's why we're debating this...

    We really can't decide if it's actually facilitated on this plane by a particle on this dimensional brane or maybe it is justthe effect of quantum gravity bending space to include parts of the fouth dimension of time.
