I've been a Office Clerk for about 9-10 Years now its a good place to be have good people working there (most are very comical there also)

I think i saw that about James Doohan on e.t last night that he unfortunently has the early stages of Alzheimers and is a shame since he is quite a Good Actor("thought he also might have Canadian Roots like Shatner?")But is best known for doing different voices.

On Space:The Imagination Station i have usually seen one eps of "TOS"-"TNG"-"DS9"-Voyager" every few weeks

now the new schedule is "TOS"-"TNG"-"Voyager" shown everyday and if i could i'd tape it.

I agree with most of what u said Vold

and of course the 70,000 Light Years bit also and the fact that they were in the Last unexplored part of the Galaxy ("Delta Quadrant")

Archer-Pike-Kirk-Picard all explored just the "Alpha Quadrant"

Sisko explored the "Gamma Quadrant" via the First Stable Wormhole

And Jeanway was the First to explore the "Delta Quadrant" thanks on the part of the Caretakers interference while trying to head back home to Earth.

akin to TOS but in a Different part of the Galaxy

and what also set it apart from the other series was the fact that there were also Maquis on Board as apart of the Crew and having a former Borg regain her Humanity back sort of one step further than Hugh of TNG ("I,Borg")

films wise Star Wars came out before Star Trek:TMP did!

and i did visit www.starwarsfan.net and was almost thinking of joining there as well i mean the layout of the website is similar ("if it is run by the same person how they can juggle both sites is beyond me?")except it has a Star Wars feel to it instead of a Star Trek feel.

I saw all LOTR films and they all were awesome i'm going to wait to buy the whole Trilogy when it comes out on DVD so i'll have to save up alot of money for the trilogy but i still think it'll be worth the money!

fairly Certain there are some Trekkies/Trekkers where i live i saw many when i went to 2 Conventions years ago but mostly kept to myself and bought a few items trek related and non trek related like the 25th or 30th Anniversary of Doctor Who and a Picture of a "Hot Shirtless Michael Biehn and the Guy that played in La Bamba :wub:

I certainly eat all types of meat i love a occassional Steak or Hamburger but i also eat lots of Chicken and Fish and other dishes like Bean Stew where my mom puts in a Sausage or Chicken Noodle Soup with the vegetables and the traditional Lasagna and Macaroni and Meat on occasion i've also had Hot Dogs as well.

in Essence i'd say i'm a "OMNIVORE" eat both Meat and Vegetables!

and "Forbidden Planet" had the parts of the film as a Prototype to Star Trek as far as the Beaming and the Propulsion systems

and the German Film "Metropolis" is also a Silent Black and White Film with awesome Music in the Film
