How I try to stay and get in shape is I go on either a Treadmill or a stationary bike at the YMCA whichever is free or if possible I swim alittle if its possible on the YMCA schedule/ the Treadmill I try and do 3 times a week.

I'd been watching ("Rome") on the Movie Network 2 hour Pilot before I went on Holidays to Europe and missed a few episodes in September and had been taping the rerun Tuesdays at 10 P.M on TMN when I got back not bad somewhat different in layout in comparison to Empire on ABC and showing alot more Skin than Empire did ("Male"-Female).

I have the novel based on the film ("Dune")but I found the mini-series on t.v ("Dune"-"Children Of Dune")to be probably closer to the books and better than the film soon as (Dune mini -series is on DVD already) and (Children Of Dune mini-series is on DVD )then i'll buy them together.

Yes I've seen Wallace And Gromit The Curse Of The Were-Rabbit it brings back memories of the Animated shorts I saw on PBS many years ago (just updated abit)for there first Feature film other than Chicken Run of Course I liked it.
