  1. OK, this is a poll I did on another board a while back. Had to be corrected on one of the beginnings, so let me know if I need to tweak any of the choices.

Which opening was your favorite, the most exciting, or the most interesting? Give your answer and tell us why. :dude:

  2. Earl Hindman — the Taylor family's fenced-in neighbor, Wilson Wilson, on Home Improvement — passed away yesterday at the age of 61. The funnyman can still be seen today in syndicated reruns of the sitcom as well as on SoapNet's rebroadcasts of the 1970s soap opera Ryan's Hope, where he played sad-sack second banana Bob Reid.

(also the voice of Home Depot in recent yrs.)

I don't know how many people watched this show, but it is probably my favorite sitcom of all time. The Taylors and Wilson were almost like an extended family, and it's sad to see him go.

Did anyone else watch this show? I don't mind if there are no replies to this; just thought that any H.I. fans on here would like to know.

  3. Or maybe once they stop, a dedicated fan might buy the star trek license and start...

If I ever were to become filthy rich, that's one of the things I'd want to do; I've actually thought it out. :dude:

...Of course I'll never be filthy rich so it's pretty much a moot point. :dude:

  4. Heck, mention Captains you don't like (i.e. Estaban).

Easy, Jellico. :dude: The man may be efficient, but his personality needs tweaking.

May I request that we include the names of their ships? I never put the captains' names to memory, but I usually remember them by their ships. (i.e.- I'm having a block; who was on the Hood? Was that De Soto?)

Also wish we got to find out a little bit more about Silva La Forge.
