It is also kind of interesting how many encryption algorithims are based on the difficulty of factoring huge numers into two large primes! A type of encryption that will become obsolete when quantum computing comes aound because quantum computers will be able to factor them in just minutes!

I'd say more reality than myth. Today is a great time to be alive. People have nearly equal opportunities - you can't go back in time to any time you could say people had more opportunity, equality, and freedom.

I believe that was becasue of the rulers, not the priniples of communmisim. Communisim is not by itself evil (I can't say it is the best society either) but no true communisim has ever really existed. Those were all dictatorships pretending to be communists.
