Seska ...... some reason I like bad girls.

What you leave behind does rank up there. It is just that "What you leave behind" is the final so it has to be good. Season endings or the final show does get a great deal of debate. Therefore, it does get the best press.
But, to pick a show that has a strong view that is within the season it has to be the show we are talking about.
Whichever ep a fan picks, odds are that the ep is very good. I really think the strength of an ep like "What you leave behind" or "Siege" is that these types of episodes strike at the heart of current events and they take us on a journey that we never forget.
In my judgment, the current events going on in the world and more to the point the middle east do keep the episodes important like "what you leave behind" and the "Siege". Still, DS9 was of the era of 1993 - 1999 with current events, not of the current events post 9/11.
In my judgment, post 9/11 current events have hurt the reruns of DS9. And, if DS9 was going to have season 1 in 2007 then in 1993, the show would be scrapped before going into production.
Off topic, with Enterprise the show was doomed to die with season 2 with the problem with the Xindi. Having earth attacked and attacking Florida, did hit hard on the feelings of the American public. Then spending the whole season sending NX-01 to see if the Xindi would not attack earth and tell the Xindi hey guys you are being told the wrong story trust us with the truth just made the show come to a bad ending.
The joy of watching star trek is to get away from the current events and still keep it on topic of social change. With DS9 and Enterprise, one not designed to role model current events and the other a key lead in the goal, has made them scapegoats.

Voyager did have a strong character of women with the Captain and Seven of Nine. Still, it is hard to say that Seven was a strong character with the way her bust was displayed to the public.
Kes and Torris were strong in their own rights, but Kes was removed but not killed and Torris just blended into the background she was not noticed unless you wanted a woman to be upset.
With OTS, there were only one main woman and that was still a mild part to only be on the bridge or in a supporting role. There was the nurse, but she was so pointless she was just like an extra.
TNG, true there was the doctor and the I can feel you pain girls. Still, they were needed in supporting roles for the men they never interacted to a great deal with each other.
DS9, Kira and Jadzia did talk with each other. Other then that, they were needed to be in a supporting role for the men. Would have to say Kira and Jadzia did interact with each other but that was never really the point of a story line. Thinking about it, Leeta had a nice role but was limited. Sisko's wife, she was fine as a submissive woman. With Ezri Dax, with only one year to build her character to a level she would be important to the star trek universe -- it did spend a great deal of time with her. Shame in a way, as Kira and Ezri had very little interaction with each other then the second show and only for a minute of air time.
Enterprise was a little different. T'Pol did get a great deal of air time and in a very strong role. Hoshi was a little odd, but she was strong in her own little way. It is nice that a very small built frame woman can be so powerful in her own way. Not needing a big body or the bust to make a strong statement. Still, very little interaction between Hoshi and T'Pol.
Strange in a way, with Enterprise that had Hoshi and T'Pol interacting with each other the most is when they had to be in that decom room. Strange, Hoshi oiling down T'Pol back as T'Pol oiling down Archer and Archer oiling down his dog.
Anyway, it would be nice to have a star ship with a female Captain and a female first officer. Now that would be a blast.

Just have a feeling Star Trek XI is going to make me sick

It is hard to say what was the best Data as they were so good. The one that has the most impart was his dealing with his brother LORE if I got that right.

A wonderful episode with a contemporary tie-in to world events. It is definitely on of DS9's best shows!
It was the best DS9 show of season 7 in my book.

The reason I say more women please, as I never felt there was a balance with men and women within star trek.
Some strange reason, with any of the series there are only two women. With TOS, only two and in minor roles. TNG, was three then went down to two. With DS9, Voyager, only two strong women and the minor bit players.

If someone wants to call themselves a trek fan, that is their choice. It is only a title someone can give onto themselves. Do I like to watch the shows, sure. Am I willing to spend money on star trek merchandise, to a small degree if and only if I like it and I can pay for the product. Am I willing to spend money for a star trek uniform and run around as a star trek officer -- NO.

Janeway is better.
Chakotay does have the skills to be a Captain, that is a given. It is just that trust with the federation will always be questioned.

ODO is a GOD

NO, just the two nails from the big toe.
Just had this fungus under the nail and I felt it was better to remove the whole nail. It will take a year for it to grow back.
Was thinking to have the nails removed for life, but he did not have the time to do that. If he did, sure go on pull.
Did not mind looking at the guy cutting and pulling. Lot of blood, but hey thats ok.
-
ODO was the glue man ...... nobody did it better
-
Well I dod go to the doctor today to have my toe nails removed
That was fun ...........

I new this place that got a lot of people posting because it had a RANDOM thread were everyone could place anything they wanted. Well, why not I say.

So true, the doctor is just freeware .... cheap and pointless.
Having a back up of the doctor is like having a backup of AOL

What I think would happen, they would be so confused.
It would be like, does this other woman think like me. It sure looks like she does not dress like me. And she has a lot of make-up on, that is not me. It looks like there are the same type of spots on each other, and same build and all. But, is she just like me. She is more aggressive than me, but is that good or is that bad. Think I talk more than she does, than again that could be good, like I am just rambleing on about how we look and all. Do you understand?

It has always been my question since 1999 with the mirror universe Ezri being on DS9.
Everyone knows about the strange relationship between Kira and the mirror universe Kira.
My question, what would hapen with the meeting of Ezri Dax and the mirror universe Ezri meeting each other on DS9?
So this is my fantasy, what would happen with the two Ezri's if they were on a runabout with each other alone for a few days.

Favourite Data episode?

That was a very good show. WIth "Skin of Evil" it was about Tasha Yar with Data in a supporting role. Still, it is your choice and I support it.
