    If they go up against the Borg or Romulans, I doubt they have time to stop by a Starbase.  It's far more likely that the families stay on the ship knowing the risks.  Just my opinion though.  My question is this: when the ship shakes violently from weapons fire, space turbulance, colliding with another ship, whatever... how come all their stuff doesn't get destroyed, yet we see the crew fly arround like rag dolls?  Also, what about the kids, do they just get flung arround the crew quarters? :bow:

    I agree that it will never be done but if it were i would like to see on based on the Ferengi especially now with Rom as Grand Nagus :)

    What...! Rom is Grand Nagus?????!!!!What season did that happen in?..I have only seen the first 3 seasons..Just bought the 4th on DVD...Can't wait to see how ROM manages that one...DS9 is so cool..It is fast becoming my favorite Trek series..I agree VBG that a non human Trek movie would be cool and I would like to see it..

    In the final episode Zek calls to say he is retiring and will coms to DS9 to name his replacement. Zek mistakenly thinks he is talking to Rom when it is really Quark so Quark thinks HE will become Nagus. When Zek finally gets to the station with Ishka he hands his secpter over to Rom and explains that Rom is the right one to lead the New Ferengi into wn enlightened luture. He will lead by compassion rather then greed.

    To answer your earlier question VBG it would be interesting to see how the Ferengi develop with Rom as Nagus but we dont know much about the early Ferengi so i think i would like to see it based on the early days of the Ferengi.

    Everyone is taking for granted that Scott Bakula would play the lead if they made a movie.  Most movies based on TV series have different casts - although I think in this instance the public outcry would be immense.

     

    I don't think they should change the ending - I think it was appropriate for the character.  He may have never returned home but I believe he eventually found peace is some world/realm/time.

    The Seachick.....errr Seahawks had better do something this year im getting tired of thier bs.I live about 75 miles from Seattle and im ashamed that they are even in my state.Last year Holmgren complained that the Seachickens werent getting fan support because of the Mariners.Well no sh!t Holmgren!You Seachickens start playing as good as the Seattle Mariners and we might come watch you play!!!!!!!!!!

    I think my favorite is the original (the that was replaced by the red one) because of the colors, style and size of the font, but this new one I must admit is a very close tie to the original one.  It has a very clean, sharp and proffesional look to it.  If the size was a wee bit smaller, I think it'd knock the socks off of the all of em'!

    Hey i was wondering VBG, after the countdown timer stops what are you going to do with it??I think you should set it for 7 days until the next episode and have it reset itself and do that all season(if thats possible).Just a suggestion

    Oh yea I'm a Trekkie I think I'm the only person that has all of the scripts for the first six movies and can quote at least one whole act from all of them. Plus the fact that I watch any program that any of the ST alumni are in no matter how bad the show really is.

    I always thought that he should of said something on the last episode.I thought it was cool when Quark made up that rule of Acquistion "When Morn leaves its all over"(i think i got that right)

    Quantum Leap was the only show i liked and still liked better than Star Trek!!!!!!!Quantum Leap ruled!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I just saw the series finale a few weeks ago and i was so incredibly pissed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I actually started to cry and started punching the tv when it said Sam wasnt coming home!!!!!!!!!After all that time how could they do that to Sam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Its not fair!!!!!!! :dude: It's just not fair dammit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

     

    Ok ok settle down............:takes deep breath:ok i dont care if it goes against the theme of the show they need to make a movie where Sam comes home!!!!!!!
