The Argo. That thing was simply too awesome. Second I would vote for the Defiant, and then the Delta Flyer. Even further after that I would vote for The cooler-looking shuttles on Voyager (i guess that would be Type 9)

I remember a few. A lot of the episode "Inter Arma Enim Silent Leges" on DS9 was on an Intrepid class of which the name I don't recall. Also, there was that small ship (of which I don't know the name or class) crashed into the Deison Sphere where they found Scotty in that episode of TNG.

You mentioned the U.S.S Prometheus NCC-71201 from another DS9 episode. I can't believe you forgot the U.S.S Prometheus NX-59650 from the VOY episode "Message in a Bottle". That ship was soo cool and thats my favorite episode of Voyager.

It seems more likely that the Miranda Class would be replaced with the Nebula class, because they are so similar. The Akira class is more of a smaller assault kind of ship.
