Would anyone care to guess who I voted for? You would be surprised. Contrary to popular belief, the sexiest, in my opinion, is not Data, but Captain Picard.
-
I would have to agree with the majority and vote for Beverly Crusher. If only we had more time to explore Kate Pulaski's character, perhaps I might be more in her favour.

Being the self-centered android that I am, I shamelessly ask this now.
"What, no Tech?!"

Such a coincidence, she_wolf. So am I. Apparently, you have good taste. R.E.M.'s songs are some of the best songs that I have ever heard. Which of their songs do you like the most?
By the way, I am currently listening to the song Losing My Religion, one of my favourite R.E.M. songs.

"Excellent choice! I'm hundred percent sure you won't regret it!"
I could just picture an employee at your local bookstore saying that now (just kidding).

My favourite character would definitely be The Doctor. He is funny, witty, not to mention a hologram.

I have seen that book before, but I did not purchase it. I did, however, scanned through it and found it quite interesting. I am considering whether or not I should purchase it the next time I enter the bookstore. Perhaps I just might...

Frankly, I am disappointed at you people (just kidding). Does no one appreciate classical music nowadays? I am currently listening to Beethoven's Ninth Symphony.
-
I already possess two Starfleet Academy books. 'Loyalties' (which is about Beverly Crusher and Data) and 'The Chance Factor' (which is about Kathryn Janeway). Personally, I would not say that these books are only for young readers. These good books are for everyone and anyone who enjoys Star Trek (unless the person in question dislikes reading).

Wait a minute--Spot's that cat that Data has right?Yes, Spot is Data's cat.
 Thats the way spot,A real TOMCAT!I believe Spot is currently a tabby. Yes, I know perfectly well that she used to be a male, but she was pregnant and had kittens in the episode 'Genesis'. Unless she decides to have yet another sex-change operation, she is still a female.
-
I do not think of myself as a victim. But yes... yes. I have mastered every single Data (and Lore) mannerism, such as Lore's smile, Data's walk, his voice, and the style of his speech.
I started raising three kittens (one of which has orange fur and is called by the name Spot) because of Star Trek (because of Data, to be precise). The same goes for my decision to learn to play the violin.
I have also picked up several Picard mannerisms, such as his habit of tugging on his shirt, and his obsession for Earl Grey tea.
Other mannerisms I have adopted: Janeway's coffee addiction, arching eyebrows like a Vulcan, performing the Vulcan salute, the style of Vulcans' speech ("That is illogical.").
-
Interesting. I have not, but if I had the chance, I would most definitely buy it. May I ask... what is the name of the novel? Surely you do not mean the Starfleet Academy series?
-
I would have to say Spot. Obviously, that particular feline has already proven herself to have a mean streak.
Also, whoever said that dogs are superior to cats are mistaken. Believe me when I say this... I have witnessed a cat personally frighten a dog (a gigantic one, I might add) away.
Perhaps I am somewhat biased, considering that I am obsessed with Data (and also owing to the fact that I, personally, do not like Enterprise as much as the other series [and also, I seem to favour felines over canines]), but I doubt it.
