Well, my friends home-made wine must be the weirdest I have ever tasted.. It wasn't that bad, just... weird..

I would probably use some of the money to build myself a big Star Trek room, collect everything I could find, maybe install a big screen TV to watch Trek on..

I would of course donate a lot of the money, and invest as much money as I would need to support myself and, later on, my children.

 

These examples of other Vulcan's are invalid (imo) because they are male. You're not seeing the BIG picture, not every Vulcan is as perfect as you think and just because we've never seen a Vulcan act quite as strange as T'pol does doesn't mean they don't exist.

ok.....T'Pring,T'Pau,Saavik and Valeris all Vulcan women....all from TOS era and none of them act like T'Pol.....

I think we have seen far to little about them to be able to compare them to T'Pol..

And besides, what does it matter that T'Pol is not a "normal" Vulcan, are all humans the same?

Well, I can't say I like it very much.. Actually, it's just plain ugly.

Doesn't the old Enterprise just do what it does in space? I mean Voyager could take off and land but I don't think any of the others could. So she would have to be built in space - I think that would be cheaper than building mother of all towing ships to get her up there.

As far as I know you are right that Voyager is the only ship that can land and take off. The other ships only land if there is an emergency, and they can't take off without help.

I'd have to go back and add everything up to give a complete total, but right now my best estimate is about $500 per year.

 

That amount goes up the larger we get and the more traffic we have. When I upgrade again in a couple months it will add $300 to $400 to that figure.

I agree that this is a great website, but it is still just that.. I only go here when I don't have anything else to do. Don't get me wrong I really enjoy the time I spend here, but my real life comes first..

I consider money as a means to living, I need money for rent, food and enjoyment. If I wouldn't need money for those things, I wouldn't need money at all.

Actually I only buy the DVD's and some of the books, I don't feel I need any of the other Star Trek stuff (like action figures and posters)..

I would just love to go, but it's such a long and expensive trip I doubt I will be able to make it anytime soon
