sea trooper 0 Posted February 4, 2006 (edited) Seven of Nine: The Movie. While the crew of the Voyager plan a heist on a Borg Sphere, the Borg are planning something different. Seven stays with the Borg and is lead to their Queen... The Borg Queen. Or a Borg Queen. This one isn't played by the magnificent Alice Krige, but another actress, so I have no idea if this one is supposed to be the same Queen from First Contact or a backup Queen... but then Alice Krige comes back for Endgame which I'm not supposed to know about so that must be the same Queen from FC somehow, but is she the same one from this episode? Susanna Thompson sure looks like the FC Queen but she lack that specific accent that makes me like Alice. Plus I think she's shorter. Enough! This is what threads are for. This was a magnificent mini-movie, no matter who plays the Queen. Great special effects, sad flashbacks of the Hansens, and Borg! 5 » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Edited February 4, 2006 by sea trooper
youbroughtheryouRiker 2 Posted October 12, 2007 Janeway starts out feeling adventurous. A ship going transwarp! Sounds nice, but conflicting with the Transwarp episode pretty badly, imo. Seven finally going back to her roots, under duress of course. Decent first half, though I have absolutely no clue where part one ends and part two begins. Immaterial I suppose, since they aired together. 4.
Gummy 0 Posted October 12, 2007 I loved it. But any show with Jeri Ryan getting lots of camera time is a good show.
Stephen of Borg 2 Posted August 8, 2009 a good, but not great, story that gives us more into the life of young Seven and her parents. I actually think Susanna Thompson is more attractive than Alice Krige as the Borg Queen if I had to choose. I never saw the attraction to the Borg Queen some guys have seen either way 4 out of
