Ordinarily, i would've given this one a 2, but considering how much i like DS9, this one gets a 3.

This conclusion of the arc rates a 4 for me. The strategies being played out was really cool. And very nicely acted, even from Siddig El Falil. Nice acting from Jake and Nog, too. What I didn't like was the cornball banter between Dax and Kira, and how neatly and quickly everything got tied up. The padd is delivered and boom, everything happens magically. Sure, whatever. Still, I enjoyed this one.
