New England can clinch playoff berth with:

 

1) NE tie + DEN loss or tie + CIN loss

2) NE tie + DEN loss or tie + BAL loss

 

AFC WEST DIVISION

Kansas City can clinch division title with:

 

1) KC win

2) KC tie

 

Kansas City can clinch playoff berth with:

 

1) MIA loss

2) IND loss

 

NFC EAST DIVISION

Philadelphia can clinch playoff berth with:

 

1) PHI win

2) PHI tie + GB loss or tie + NO loss or tie

 

NFC SOUTH DIVISION

Carolina can clinch division title with:

 

1) CAR win + NO loss

 

NFC WEST DIVISION

St. Louis can clinch playoff berth with:

 

1) STL win + NO loss or tie

2) STL tie + NO loss + GB loss or tie

 

Arizona, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Oakland and San Diego have been eliminated from playoff contention.
