Shrek 0 Posted November 17, 2003 Who has seen Looney Tunes: Back in Action? I saw it today and it was great. I give it 9.5/10 stars! Premise: In a world where "Looney Tunes" live in the same "real world" as regular humans, Daffy Duck quits his job at a Hollywood studio because he feels like Bugs Bunny gets all the attention (doesn't he always?), teaming up with a recently-fired stuntman (Fraser) who wants to find his father's (Dalton) lost "Blue Diamond". Soon, the duo are traveling from Hollywood to Las Vegas, and across the world (from America to Africa), with a studio executive (Elfman) and Bugs Bunny hot on their tail, trying to get Daffy to come back to his Hollywood career (Locklear plays a lounge singer in Las Vegas; Corman plays the director of one of Daffy Duck's segments). Based Upon: This movie is based upon the characters created by the Warner Bros. animators back in the 1930s and 1940s, by the likes of Mel Blanc (voices), Tex Avery, Chuck Jones (animators) and others. It started in 1937 with Porky Pig, who was followed by Daffy Duck in 1938, Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd in 1940, who were followed by other characters throughout the 1940s, 1950s and 1960s, with the shorts pretty much stopping production by 1970.
