Star Trek Select Captain Kirk is the second release in the Diamond Select Toys Star Trek Select range, and it will follow the release of The Star Trek Select Mr. Spock, a Spock and Horta figure taken from The Devil in the Dark original series episode. “It’s an all-new Star Trek action figure line designed especially for collectors, and the newest offering in this series is Captain James T. Kirk! Kirk comes with a part of the bridge of the U.S.S. Enterprise, and can be displayed in combat with Khan from the classic episode Space Seed. Packaged in display-friendly Select packaging, each seven-inch scale figure comes with a diorama-style accessory and interchangeable parts for a variety of display options.” The Star Trek Select Captain Kirk will be released in March of 2013 and can be pre-ordered here.
