VaBeachGuy 12 Posted October 24, 2003 My mid-season Super Bowl pick is a rematch of Super Bowl IV: Jan. 11, 1970 Kansas City 23, Minnesota 7 I also predict the same outcome, K.C. wins. If my favorite team can't go and win it then I'll pull for my favorite coach.
first_redneck_in_space 0 Posted October 25, 2003 Its a bit too early for me to feel confident enough in the way teams have been playing so far to make a Superbowl prediction. But,if things keep going pretty much the same way they have been, then I think the Superbowl will be a face off between the Indianapolis Colts and the Minnesota Vikings.I say the Vikings win in a shoot-out.Possibly one of the highest scoring Superbowls ever. Like I said, though,I'm not very confident of this prediction yet.Kansas City and even St.Louis are still possibilities,as are the Tennessee Titans.Especially if Eddie George starts playing as well as he is capable of playing. Stormtrooper_HK554 0 Posted October 27, 2003 After the way the "big boys" played these past few weeks,I'm not sure Indianapolis or Minnesota, either one are what they seem to be.Kansas City still seems to be the real deal, this year. As for my mid-season Superbowl prediction..... how about this one, Kansas City Vs. St.Louis (KC wins,Superbowl mvp Priest Holmes)
BigRedManiac 0 Posted October 31, 2003 Cardinals Vs. Chiefs. Cardinals win.Game MVP Marcel Shipp. (Okay,I can dream can't I?) Seriously, I think it will be the Vikings against the Chiefs.Vikings win a close one.Game MVPs will be Culpepper and Moss.
subcommanderbeavis 0 Posted November 1, 2003 The past two weekends have really confused things for me as far as which teams will be playoff bound this year.I really think Minnesota's loss to the Giants was some odd, otherworldly incident that won't happen again.Kansas City is still playing great offensive ball, but their D allows too many points to be scored against them...that may hurt them as the season progresses. These are likely Superbowl match-ups,IMO: Minnesota Vs Kansas City Minnesota Vs Tennessee (A lot depends on George producing bigger numbers) Minnesota Vs New England (not likely, but not out of the question, either) Minnesota Vs Miami (if Griese keeps playing like he did Monday) St.Louis Vs (any of the above AFC teams) Tampa Bay Vs (any of the above AFC teams) *I don't see the Bucs repeating.
