Vic 17 Posted August 31, 2010 Last night, the NAACP’s 20th Annual Theater Awards ceremony was held and Star Trek: The Next Generation’s LeVar Burton walked away with an award for his work in The Caterer. Burton won his award for “Best Lead Male, Local.” In The Caterer, Burton portrayed a man who sold people their “appropriate deaths.” The Caterer ran last spring at the Whitefire Theater in Sherman Oaks, California. Burton tweeted about his win last night, saying, “I won!!!” He has posted several photos from the event, including one of the award he won as well as one featuring The Caterer cast.
