Final ratings info for "Rajiin"

Recommended Posts

.......the final ratings have been tallied. The overnights get tallied first but then Mediaweek and others do the final info. The ratings for Rajiin weren't stratospheric. Mediaweek made a snotty comment about ENT only deserving a "C" and that Scott Bakula should leap into an older better version of Trek. Then came the inevitable comparison to Smallville, which scored a 6.7 on its season premiere. By all logic, Smallville should steal a lot of ENTs viewers, says Mediaweek. :P

Funny thing happened, though, on the way to the final tallies.

ENTs ratings went up versus Smallville. :naughty:

Despite new competition from "Smallville", "Enterprise" set new season highs in all major ratings categories.

It's household rating was a 2.7/4, the highest since "The Expanse". It's Adults 18-49 was 2.0/6, the highest since "Future Tense" on February 19th. It's viewer number was 4.52 million, also the highest since "Future Tense". This is the first episode of the season to be above the season average last season of 4.40 million.

Go to the e-mail thread with a sticky at the top of the page, find NEXTEL, who sponsored ENT again last night--and send them a thank you for sponsoring the October 1 episode specifically!! Ratings still aren't great. We aren't out of the woods but ENT just weathered on hellacious storm last night. One e-mail message. You still need to write the three letters to Lestz, Moonves, and Kevin Levy that I listed in the non-stick thread here on the regular list. The more the suits realize that the difference between ENT and Smallville's audience isn't that big......the better a chance for a season four. WRITE YOUR LETTERS!!!

Old Timers still dissatisfied with ENT could really help out if they would just get over themselves and watch the show. Rajiin was ASTOUNDING in the way it paid homage to TOS while at the same time, being new and fresh but instead of watching it and seeing that for them selves they have chosen to continue with their close-minded bashing attitudes. ;)
