Some made this problem more complex then it needed to be (or tried to).

 

A few were thinking about the mean time and were thinking in terms of how long Betazoid time would be. In the TNG episode where this was stated it would be logical to conclude that they were talking about Earth time and not Betazoid. If they decided to give Betazoid it would take away the reference of comparison to how long it takes for a Earth women.

 

Some people were trying to get a more actuate answer and I appreciate the extra work. (But of course always pick the best answer out of all of the choices)

 

If you defined why you got what you did and you picked E, then I’ll give you credit. For the rest of you I’m looking for D.
