Shrek 0 Posted September 16, 2003 Who has seen Cabin Fever yet? I saw it the other day and it was ok movie. I give it a 2/10 stars. Premise: Five college friends (three guys and two girls) head off to the woods for a weekend of drinking, partying and fooling around... but as they sit at their campfire their first night, they are approached by a blood-soaked hermit who lives in the woods who has been infected with some sort of flesh-eating bacteria/virus/disease that causes skin and flesh to melt away in a bloody, gooey mess. As they too start to catch the bug, those who are not yet affected react to those who are with paranoia and hostility, like they're some sort of monster instead of just being sick... and then the locals find out they've got the bug. Filming: Production of this movie took place in the spring of 2002 in High Point, North Carolina and at Camp Raven Knob, a boy scout camp near Mt.
