MCMINNVILLE, Ore. (AP) - A restaurant worker has been accused of phoning in a bomb threat to his place of employment. Casey S. Oliveira, 29, helped responding officers search the Ruby Tuesday kitchen for the bomb that did not exist, McMinnville police said.

Capt. Dennis Marks said police made the arrest after tracing the threatening phone call to the cell phone Oliveira was carrying.

Police said 10 to 15 employees and about 20 customers were evacuated after the threat was called in Friday night. Oliveira was booked into the Yamhill County Jail on one count of initiating a false report, Marks said. Bail was set at $6,250.

Oliveira was released after posting the required 10 percent, the News-Register reported.

It was also reported that this man received a stern lecture and a written warning from Ruby Tuesdays...........
