With the super bowl here today and media from all over the world.

And the rep detroit has.

My question is Are the reports

I have heard good things about it. I am from Troy (originally), and I think it's great that the Superbowl is here. They city is getting some positive attention for a change. It's too bad it won't be back for quite some time.

I would say mixed. The Jerome Bettis piece in the pregame was a pretty rough looking look at Detroit. The shots of the skyline and city during the game all look good.

I didn't notice. I concentrated on the game. What city the game was in ranked about last on my radar screen.

I think the reports were pretty favorable. I served with a few Marines from Detroit, and they said it could be pretty nasty at times, alot like the South Side of Chicago. the reports made Detroit seem like a pretty good place to be.

Everything I saw in regards to the city of Detroit/Superbowl 40 during the last few weeks has been positive.

I've never visited Deyroit. But I've heard it (at one time) was the murder capital of the United States?
