This isn't a mood of mine right now, but since I was listening to Jim Croce and pulling out some of his great hits this one came up. But I think everyone has had a moment like this song is talking about. You want to call but you don't want to call. You pick up the phone and start to dail but you hang up. You pick it back up only to hang it up again. It's a good song.
