I've taken elements from many different designs. the all black sports-coat style jacket is from Section 31. the Black Piping over the shoulder is obviously of Enterprise Vintage. the Color Coded Uniform Turtlenecks are of TNG movie Vintage, and the Skirt/Boots are an homage to Uhura.
