My G/f's Cat's Medical Condition

He has blown up huge in the last 3 months has a Thyroid problem, I think poor Nicky needs a diet, this is just 1 of her 3 cats

he is a big wuss, very shy, once he is used to you hes very loving

I just weighed my cat agatha. thought she was

kinda fat 8 pounds. must be her size shes small.

Didn't the vet prescribe some sort of medication?

All that excess weight can't be good for the cat.I own several cats,and have raised them my whole life(always was more a cat lover,than a dog lover...though I like both).Anyway,the fat ones tend to get sicker more easily and have far shorter lifespans and a poorer quality of life.

You may want to ask about medication and/or therapy options to help.
