The answer I was looking for was Shuttlecraft 01 - Sakharov. It was used in ‘Unnatural Selection’. Dr. Pulaski used it to examine a genetically bred ‘super child’ from the Darwin genetics Lab. Later she used it to go to that lab on Gargarin IV.

 

The Sakharov was the first named TNG shuttlecraft. However, I have realized that ‘All Good Things…’ goes back to a time chronologically earlier and Tasha uses the Galileo to transport Picard to the Enterprise to start his command. So I will accept either the Galileo or the Sakharov as correct answers.
