We're just 1 week away from Survivor 10. Looks to be an interesting season with an interesting opening episode.

From what I've read so far....

Palau, is that the same as Palau Tiga, the location of the original?

I hope they do 11 is the BC Mountains like Burnett has mentioned.

No, it's a new location.

I would like to see some non-Island shows. Some of my favorite installments of Survivor were non-Island. I liked S2 which was in Australia and S3 in Africa. S5 in Thailand was pretty good too and S6 was on the Amazon.

It's hard to believe it's been 10 seasons of Survivor... Who would have thought it would have lasted this long, definitely not the producers. If only Enterprise had these kinds of ratings, then think what could have been. :waaaa:

Well it was 10 seasons in about 5-6 years.

All in all I amb very pleased with the way the season has started.

I know we don't have a lot of survivor fans here but I"d very much like reading your feedback.

Amy, I'd really like to see your thoughts about each weeks episode. Not in an email or PM but posted here. What did you think of Episode 1 this time?

Well tonight's Survivor night, I don't have a feel for the cast members yet so I don't have any guesses on who might get the boot or who might be safe.

I have a feeling that this season will have a lot of twists and turns in it, the Survivor "Powers that be" need to stir things up and keep the cast off balance so I think this season will be unlike the other 9 seasons in many ways.

Good episode tonight.

One thing I noticed:

I really loved the reward challenge tonight. I thought it was the best challenge they've had yet in any season. I also think those survivors had to be hurting when they got back to camp.

I could not believe that one girl had that hard a time swinging on that rope to get to the platform. I was impressed with Angie, she rocked that challange!

It seems that Wanda let some information slip out in an interview that she did with TV Guide.

Just a reminder....Survivor is airing on Wednesday this week and next because of the college basketball playoffs.

Too bad I didn't see this earlier. I had completely forgotten about the switch in days.

Good thing for me that my TiVo was on top of things though lol.

Tonight's episode was the best episode I've seen since Season 7 ended.

I don't think it was right to let Koror eat in front of Uhlong. Koror should have enjoyed their reward before the Uhlong tribal council.

That was done on purpose to cause tension on Ulong and possibly set up some good fights once the merge takes place.

I haven't posted in a couple weeks about Survivor, nothing has really surprised me so far. Though I was a bit surprised that...

It's been a good season, but I think if they want to continue being a successful series they need to come up with some ways to change the dynamic of the game. I really enjoy watching it and I've watched every season several times over but at some point it gets to be a bit much with the same things over and over each week.

I think the best thing that Ulong ever did was get rid of James. I mean, that guy was an idiot!!!

Yah, sure he was from the army. THATS WHY THEY GOT YOUR KNOT UNDONE SO QUICK! He was just way to stupid, and arrogant, and i think he should have been gone along time ago.

I'm curious to see if they will have the traditional merge or if they're going to put in some other twist. Whatever happens, we all know it has to happen this week.

He was actually from the Navy, not the Army. Knots aren't really an Army "thing".

Tonight's episode seems pretty obvious as to what is going to take place.
