Trying to find more info on a starship design

I recently discovered a starship design that has really gotten my interest, but i'm finding it really hard to get anything on the vessel. The name of the vessel is given as Paladin, can anyone help me please?

I thought I'd seen that ship before, but I actually had seen the *Delphin* (pic below). I don't really know anything about the ship you posted, but it looks nice.

I already know about the delphin class, but this is something else (and it's not on DITL, they don't include fan-made starships).
