Doc Niel 0 Posted May 4, 2004 (edited) Now, I don't know many of you yet. But I hope that I will. I'm not sure how many people read books but I felt I would share this one with y'all <_< any way here it goes> Last year, A book came out that I had really wanted to get; the name of the book: A short History of Nearly Everything by Bill Bryson. It covers everything in science to include it history, who did what and so on. The covers: Astronomy, Chem, Geology, Physics, palaeontology, Biology, Origins of the earth, Evolution, etc. The list just doesn't stop there right now I'm in the section called the rise of life, which covers the theory of life rising from protein chains which formed in water???? Very interesting as well as very entertaining sections. a Must read. Front to back it's 546 pages. Now for the down side, cost: $27.50 us but well worth it, especially if you know anyone who has questions about these topics or is intending on RPG'g a science type (ie: white-wolf mage, etc) It is WORTH ITS WEIGHT IN GOLD!!!!!
