If you miss this, you'll have to wait about 8 years and after that about 100... venus will cover approximately 3% of the sun's sruface. nik 0 Posted April 17, 2004 Quick note of caution: One should not look directly at the inferior conjunction/transit of Venus, especially with a telescope or binoculars.
