VaBeachGuy 12 Posted April 22, 2003 I renamed a couple of the sections so they better fit the Theme. "Announcements" is now "Section 31" and "Off Topic" is now "The Promenade". VaBeachGuy 12 Posted April 26, 2003 Section 31 is a super secret branch of Starfleet security. They are not officially a part of Starfleet and answer to no one. Their main function in life is to protect Starfleet at any cost. They have no rules and report to no one.
