  1. The Enterprise-E... although really I'm only choosing between that and its predecessor as I can hardly recall what most of the others look like. :force:

The Enterprise-D always seemed too bulky to me, albeit I kind of like the way it turns slowly in TNG's opening sequence...

  2. Fair. I don't like it as much as First Contact, but I'm still glad I bought it (didn't get a chance to see it in the cinema). From what I've seen though, most people have negative opinions of it.

  3. I think continuity is important to some extent, but it's not unforgivably blasphemous to overlook one little thing. A lot of people scream about the Klingon ridges in Enterprise; I think there would be a much higher number of complaints if they looked as much like Humans in Enterprise as they did in TOS...

  4. ^ Have to agree with you. Voyager was the first Trek series I ever watched, so I guess that contributes towards it somewhat... I would say that the DS9 crew is my second favourite, simply because I loved the characters.

  5. I like them all really, but I voted for Voyager's EMH. His character really took off after he got his mobile emitter, and he was just so sarcastic, witty and amusing. One of my favourite Voyager episodes is "Virtuoso" - because of him!

I like Phlox, but I'm not even at the end of Enterprise's second season, so I haven't seen too much of him. Crusher I liked. When I first started watching TNG she was the one who immediately caught my attention. Never really liked Pulaski, and I haven't seen an awful lot of Bashir or Bones...

  6. He's a good character... "Dear Doctor" is one of my favourite episodes. I loved the scene between him and Hoshi in the Mess. It's also interesting to explore a new Star Trel culture through a main character. I look forward to seeing more episodes along that route.

  7. I was never really sure about Kes, and as I watched the show out of order, I was more used to Seven by the time she was introduced to me. "Fury", I thought, was a great episode. Yes, she was totally out of character (even after 30 years of not seeing someone, would you really return with that much of a vengeance?), but it was at least slightly believable, and I loved the way it played out.

  8. I hated the look of the cases as soon as I laid my eyes on them... terrible colour scheme. Something like the X-Files DVDs would be good. I don't really care for the Season 1 Collector's Edition design, but the others fold out easily, have all the great quotes where the empty spaces would be, and have great pictures.

  9. I vaguely remember this episode... I think it could be one of the few TOS ones I've seen. Is it the one where Spock (and Bones?) are alone a shuttle while the Enterprise flies off, then they manage to make some sort of explosion to make the Enterprise notice them? Hmm... maybe I'm being influenced by "Shuttlepod One".

  10. I live in Wales, Great Britain, and as I haven't been to many countries, I'll be counting the UK as four separate ones. :)

England - A good few times: passing through, shopping, visiting people/places...

Ireland - Although all I did was step off the ferry and then step back on again to return to Wales.

France - Went there almost two years ago on a school trip, also crossed the border into Belgium. Had quite a good time. B)

  11. Finding Nemo by far. I lost count of how many times I laughed during that movie. Dory has to be the best Disney character ever. B) I also liked Mulan. I was asleep on the sofa over the Christmas holidays and woke up to find it on; it really captured my attention. I also loved the Little Mermaid. :) Probably my favourite when I was little. Hercules is good too... heck, they all have their moments. ;)

  12. "Russell Grant's Postcards" (2000) TV Series

    Holiday on the Buses (1973)

    Plots with a View (2002)

...aka Plotz with a View (2002) (UK)

Prince Caspian and the Voyage of the Dawn Treader (1989) (TV)

...aka Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (1989) (TV)

...aka Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader (1989) (TV)

Those were the only ones filmed in my county... "Holiday on the Buses" was the one closest to me; just one town over. Unfortunately I've never actually seen any of these films. :) Read a book set in my town, though.
