I'm fighting the temptation to say "I like them better when they take them off." Seriously, I don't hate em or love them either. Don't really have a problem with them.
Although, if they're going for camo, how about black uniforms with bright white dots on them? B)

I just signed up. B) So I haven't had much time to post. I like posting in the ENT forums of the BBS I belong to b/c we can still speculate on what's going to happen instead mourn for what we no longer have. Makes for more active discussion in my opinion.

You know, I was 13 when TNG came out, too. Just seeing the female characters of Tasha and Crusher being treated as the tops in their field and getting roles of authority on the ship really inspired me. I was shocked when Tasha died- I never heard any advance publicity on it, and tuned in totally uninformed.
It took a while to get over her not being a main character. I thougt she had a pretty prominent role within the 8 they were trying to squeeze in every week. Plus, that first season is always full of fine-tuning, so I think she jumped the gun and quit too soon.
But I'm torn as to whether I would want her back after Worf was promoted to Security Chief. That was a role he was born to play, no question. BTW, what was his role on the ship while Tasha was security chief? Was he tactical officer, a seperate function from security chief? That always confused me. Getting him to head security and La Forge to be chief engineer were two of the best decisions ever made character- wise IMHO.
Star Trek Nemesis
in TOS & TNG Movies

Since childhood, I have really really really wanted a movie that featured the Romulans (I am so NOT a Klingon person). I hate the Picard-Data centric flavor the TNG movies take, hate the lack of character moments, and without the fun of seeing things from Shinzon's perspective, it would have been a total disappointment. Seeing him and the Romulans made it a fun movie. But even the first time I saw it I knew it wouldn't do well B) . It just didn't have the sense of fun you got from, say ST4.
And I hated that stupid dune buggy scene. Thank god for the DVD so I can just skip to the arrival on Romulus. Worf's presence is the only good thing about the dune buggy scene. B)
