What do you know about the upcoming release Box Set of Star Trek The Original Series in 2004 or 2005?

i vote "I would go to a Trek movie no matter who is in it."....

On episode Acquisition on Enterprise NX-01 we see the following :

Jeffrey Combs (Weyoun on DS9, Shran on ENT) as Ferengi Krem

Ethan Phillips (Neelix on VOY) as Ferengi Ulis

Clint Howard (Grady on DS9) as Ferengi Muk

Matt Malloy as Ferengi Grish

Synopsis:

When the Ferengi, a group of interstellar thieves, stun the Enterprise crew and try to rob the ship, it's up to Trip to work covertly to stop them.

I recent buy the Star Trek The Next Generation Companion Book with full episodes guides.

Does anyone has the Star Trek Voyager Companion or Star Trek Deep Space Nine Companion and tell me if there are so good as the Star Trek The Next Generation Companion Book?

I vote for "DS9" Com Badge but,

That Com Badge is also for

Star Trek The Next Generation Movies,

Star Trek Voyager

And i think the correct name is TNG Movies Badge and not DS9 Badge...

Because first seen in Star Trek First Contact and then DS9 and Voyager.

My opinion is that :

The exclusive TNG Movies end,

DS9 is not very good idea because has a station and not a ship,

VOY is good but they came back to earth so is not possible for a senario,

so the only way is :

MIXED CAST from TNG, DS9 and VOY.

A senario about Enterprise/Titan or Another ship with remain cast of TNG,

cast from DS9 and apears of Station and Defiant and some cast from VOY,

with apears of Admiral Janeway and some crew of USS Voyager.

I mean the future after the Star Trek Nemesis!!!

A series or movie on the timeline of TMP can't

make a good looking "future",

Because as the (new) Enterprise NX-01 is set

before USS Enterprise NCC-1701 but is look

like from the future near the TNG timeline!!!

I like "Enterprise" but when i saw new technology

in a year older that James T. Kirk time, is not good.

A example: on Kirk time i see switches on cons, but

on Archer time i see buttons and not switches...

2nd example: the Enterprise NX-01 is better inside

and outside from the USS Enterprise NCC-1701!!!

That problems can solve only with a series after

STAR TREK NEMESIS time...

Of' course not stop the STAR TREK,

Must start a new era of series and movies

with new cast, new starship, new captain etc...

P.S. New series and movies in the FUTURE!!!

I prefer a new series in late 24 or 25 century,

with a new starship, a new class, a new captain etc...

I think that a solution in the future is most better

than a solution in past...

Also the TNG cast must stop filming (Movies) because the

Star Trek (TNG) start loosing the magic, and start a new

fresh cast in a new series and a new future for Movies.

I vote for TNG movies, prefering the First Contact and Nemesis,

But i like also all the TOS movies, prefering 6,2,3,4 in that order...

I vote for Enterprise-E,

but next come the Enterprise-D and

then the Enterprise NX-01...

TNG is the best of all, so i vote for TNG,

Has starship, Picard, Borg and everything you want!!!

3. DS9, after season 4 for Worf and Defiant.

4. ENT, named Enterprise has starship and wait more.

5. TOS, classic!!! all start from TOS. I think correctly not include to this vote...

If i can't be the Captain or First Officer, i prefer to be ON THE BRIDGE in the

possition of the Tactical/Armory station or Ops/Communication station...

Probably a Q-like character maybe appears on the Enterprise.

Like the Character "Trelane" on episode The Squire of Gothos on TOS...

I vote for a Vulcan because there are logic...

I don't imagine that was a difficult decision!

I vote for Identity Crisis because in that episode a parasite

tranform Geordi to an alien creature, was amazing.

Following the The Mind's Eye and probalby the Interface

that not seen yet!!!

I vote for Q-Who because is the episode that introduce the Borg.

I don't see yet the Tapestry so may be a better one episode...

I vote for Sarek because about the mind meld of Picard with the Sarek.

The scene with Picard suffers with Sarek emotions is more than great.

But the best episode is Best of both worlds but correctly not include in

the list, because invovle also the Borg...

I have the 40 DVD of TOS and all seasons of TNG, all are very best.

I am starting to collect and DS9 but not when it release but after all

season finished and then all the on line stores have offers for it.

I like to say that the TNG box set start with 75 lire (120 euro) and now

on some site with special offers you can buy some season at 55 lire (90 euro) and less...

Now the DS9 start with 60 lire (100 euro) and probably on the future some

special offers has the box sets with 40-45 lire (70 euro).

That because i thing DS9 is not better series than TNG or VOY or ENTERPRISE!!!

(2/21/03) Sci-Fi.com posted an interview with Alice Krige who played the Borg Queen about her experience in filming a new 3D film called Borg Encounter. We knew this film was being made for the Space Park Bremen in Germany, but she also mentions that it will be added to the Star Trek attraction in Vegas as well.
