I was watching an early broadcast of a new episode of Friends and Brent Spiner played the man interviewing Rachael for a job at Gucchi. Didn't see the whole part so I don't know the name of the character.

Nope, in fact I think Friends is the longest running non-news show on the air right now.

 

By non-news show I mean sitcom, drama etc.

I actually watched Friends for more than five minutes for the first time in years. Mr. Campbell was his name - I totally wasn't expecting him. I didn't see the end of the ep - did she get the job? Will he be on again?

 

CJLP, this is their last year. The series finale has already been filmed, and will be aired in a couple of months.

Cheers isn't on the air anymore. M*A*S*H went 12 years, Gunsmoke went 20 years and there were many others that were aired longer. I was wrong though, Fraiser has been on longer then Friends and so has NYPD Blue.

No, she didn't get the job and she lost her job at Ralph Lauren. She was offered a job in Paris.
