Captain Jean-Luc Picard 1 Posted April 16, 2003 I think what Data ment was... We tv in terms of having a tv set for evertainment and such came to an end. However, we have computers, so there would still be news and current events programs and such. Maybe tv was replaced with a new form of entertainment? Probably went way of the dino becuase of WW III!
ddillard 2 Posted April 17, 2003 I think they still had news bulletins, but as far as television for entertainment why did they need it. They had holodecks.
dsbs 0 Posted April 18, 2003 well, in one episode, B'Lanna brings a replicated TV for Tom to watch. Maybe the captain saw and wanted one for herself. :o
