I can't think of any other times when a "character" from Voyager crossed over, but there are a few times when some of the actors played other parts. Tim Russ (Tuvok) was in Generations on the Enterprise B as well as he played a terroist in an episode of TNG (can't remember the name). Ethan Phillips (Neelix) also played a Ferangi in the TNG episode Menage a Troi. Also Robert Duncan McNeill (Tom Paris) was in the TNG episode The First Duty.

 

Those are the only ones that come to mind at the moment.

Yup, I noticed all of those as well.

 

Marc Aliamo (Dukat) also played Gul Macet and a Romulan on TNG. He made a good Romulan. And the most recent, in that regard, would be J.G. Herztler (Martok) playing a different Klingon on Enterprise.
