Wishfire 2 Posted February 14, 2008 Um... didn't they already do that?
He Who Shall Not Be Named 2 Posted February 14, 2008 (edited) Yes and no. They had two "seasons" of Clone Wars cartoons, but not full-length half hour (with commercials) or movie-length cartoons. Edited February 14, 2008 by Lt. Van Roy
Wishfire 2 Posted February 14, 2008 Yeah, but if you put them both together, it's almost a 2-hour movie.
Lady Britannia 0 Posted February 14, 2008 After he's done with his project and the live action show, Lucas should make either Episodes VII, VIII and IX as feature length movies, or a post ROTJ TV series, based around Luke, Leia, Han and co. creating a new Galactic Republic and Jedi order. All CGI animation.
He Who Shall Not Be Named 2 Posted February 14, 2008 He may not finish the original 9 (some sources say 12) live-action movies he originally said he would, but you know he will continue to produce Star Wars stuff as long as we are willing to buy it.
Captain Armstrong 0 Posted February 14, 2008 I'm just as big of a Star Wars fanatic as Star Trek, so you know I'm seriously geeking out over this news. <_<
Wishfire 2 Posted February 14, 2008 (edited) All CGI animation. Oh please no. CGI is fine for adding space ships and space battles into movies, but nothing replaces live action. I mean, the occasional CGI alien to liven things up is okay, but not all CGI. Edited February 14, 2008 by WishfireOmega
Captain Armstrong 0 Posted February 14, 2008 I'm not too crazy about the all CGI aspect, either. Well, hopefully it won't be too bad. <_<
