LoveMalePecs1 0 Posted February 18, 2007 I just recently read this article also in the newspaper after I got the link from Vic is a good show but too confusing at times (too many flashbacks doesn't balance between the Castaways and the other's on the Island). trekz 7 Posted February 19, 2007 (edited) "But there's no question that "Lost," once riding big ratings, buzz and cachet, has lost significant ground. Some fans and critics complain that the story has gotten confusing and unsatisfying. The show, named best drama at the 2005 Emmy Awards, was shut out at the 2006 ceremony." --- END QUOTE While I respect all, including my friends, who love this show, I have ALWAYS found it confusing, with way too many flashbacks, and thus unsatisfying. If I had decided to invest the time to watch every episode intensely I too might have been a big fan. The fact that it was often very dark made it harder for me to see and thus enjoy. Its darkness of tone, and use of violence, is also not exactly my cup of tea. I'm not surprised it is losing viewers and ratings, though it could bounce back, since its fans have been loyal in the past. Vulcan_lover 1 Posted February 19, 2007 I watched Lost when it first came out, but I missed like the fifth episode and then I got totally lost....I haven't been a fan since. Just because it's called Lost, doesn't mean you should be lost.
Kor37 9 Posted February 19, 2007 I've never watched a single episode so I guess I haven't missed out on much.
