[Stephen of Borg 2]

The first time I was able to see ENT was when the DVDs were released in '05 since I didn't have UPN at the time. Before I watched the series, I thought it was a bad idea to have a prequel, but I became an instant fan after I started watching the DVDs and it has become my favorite series.

I very much liked the idea and concept of a Prequel

 

No but it kinda explains how and why what lead to the early Beginning of the United Federation Of Planets mentioned

 

throughout the former series TOS-TNG-DS9-Voyager well as the Future Technology that was to come that

 

we tended to take for granted in the other series.

And I liked the fact that the Vulcans and Andorians and Humans had to go through a developmental period before something like the Federation could be forrmed.

I used to never miss it when it would come on and I really liked the idea of a prequel. I don't think it's all that bad like alot of people do, but I would say it's my least favorite series. I love it, since it is star trek, but it just didn't hit the spot for me, maybe in a few years, I'll watch it again and like it. That's how I was with DS9...didn't like it when I first watched it, but now I love it.

it's odd that u mentioned DS9 because how I felt about DS9 was the same with ENT. I liked it 1st veiw then I didn't like it for a while now I love them both.

I didn't like it, since I figured they couldn't explain less advanced equipment of TOS, even though in the real world, much of that is obsolete.

During the third season, yes. Fourth season I found absolutely remarkable, it's the only set I own on DVD.

I like the idea of finding out how Starfleet and the Federation began. I still do. I though that if they had Manny Coto from the very beginning, it may still be in production. Manny was too late to save it from an untimely demise.

watching Enterprise has recently made me angry physically because of it not having season five. I don't throw stuff around when I watch, but it is such a disappoint that it didn't continue. It needed one more season, at least!

I couldn't agree more. A fifth season would have probably been its best season of all.

Thought that first season was pretty boring, but after seeing the last three, especially season 4, I'm longing for 3 more seasons. Even if it's direct-to-DVD.

I was kind of surprised that they brought in a prequel. I never got a chance to see it when it was on its original run though. I just started to watch it on Sci-Fi. It has some good episodes but a few are over dramatized.

I chose the first airing and other for the last two options.

 

I was ambivalent about Enterprise from the start mainly because I thought that Kirk's vessel was the first Star Fleet vessel named Enterprise and that had been stated more than once. The thought of doing a prequel would have been better received by me if the tech was a little less advanced meaning no transporters, Phase pistols or photon torpedoes and the Romulans certainly should not have had a cloaking device. Enterprise had a lot of potential but I think it could have been executed a bit better. I don't hate the show but it's not my favorite either.
