While power is out on the Voyager, Neelix tells the children a ghost story that happened to him in the past.

This was the first Voyager episode I watched and made me really like Neelix’s character. This episode mainly deals with him as he, in the story, begins to get very frightened at the thought that their ship may be haunted. A great Halloween episode

**** out of *****

Meh. Not too special. A ghost that turns ot to be fake but not really.

3. If you never see "Caretaker," it's almost impossible to like Neelix BECAUSE he comes off as nothing more than a teddy bear with a commission. Even Berman admits that was their intention! But because I saw Caretaker first, this episode's a little more delible. Nice elements of suspense worked in. I was sincerely hoping for Neelix to say something like... well, the real reason it's restricted is because that's where all the senior officers' quarters are... or something like that where level 6 would be required. Mulgrew's acting wasn't at it's finest though. Ho hum episode.
