This episode is often derided. Personally I liked it.

 

It had an interesting storyline which developed an alien mythology in a very imaginative manner.

 

Great performance from Brent Spiner, except for that stupid voice he used for some of his "characters".

 

"Maaaaasssaakkkkaaa izzzzzz waaaaaaaayyyyy-keeeeeng"

 

Erm....yeah OK. :(

I thought the best part about this episode was seeing Spiner switch between characters. Sure he's no Seth MacFarlane, but he's still good.

Five. A beautiful and creative ep, reminding us that time is irrelevant. Everywhere, at some place in the universe, an advanced species is walking. It also reminds us that no matter how advanced we become, our most ancient beliefs will remain with us. And once again, Brent Spiner represents.
