Trip is badly injured and goes into a coma. A clone has to be made to harvest it's organs or Trip will die.

"Similitude" hands down has to be the sadest episode ever for Enterprise. So much emotion in this episode, I nearly lost it and broke out in :veryangry: . From Dr. Phlox holding back tears because he realizes his "son" Sim will die, to T'Pol shedding tears when Sim says that Trip loves her, to the two having a goodbye kiss.

You really do feel that he is making the ultimate sacrifice. Very touching episode that was very well written.

***** out of *****

It's great! I'd rank it as the best "moral dilema" episide of Enterprise, and one of the best of the Trek franchise. :veryangry:

This was, IMO, ENT's best episode. In fact this ep could stand up against an ep of some of the better dramas on tv.

I wholeheartedly agree.
