I do beleve that it is the same class as the ship from the new frontier books. At least in the begining anyway. You are correct... The Ambassador ship was the ship in the New Frontier books. Good series! I wish Paramount would pick it up for a new series.

It is always good to tie up loose ends, for reference sake.

Oh, the theme was definately better before the bix fix. You are correct there

I think it sounds country-ish, but anywho... I dont think it fits the whole overall attitude of the show.

I love the opening visuals to Enterprise, and I wish that the opening had a strong well written piece of music to follow it.
I was not a big fan of the Dianne Warren written Enterprise theme song, and I hate the new country-ish pep of the new theme.

I dont think that the Daedalus is that bad of a design. Sure it is a conjectural design that was not accepted for the Enterprise in TOS, but it has to have some signifigance if it is in the Ready Room of Captain Benjamin Sisko. After all it is a part of Star Trek past.
And even if they dont use the Design that was in Sisko's Ready Room, they should design a ship that is Daedalus class to end the conjecture of design for Daedalus class ships.

I think that UPN will keep Ent until the final season, then they will syndicate it to make more bank off of it. But I wish that SciFi or Spike TV would pick up DS9 and Voyager. I find it hard to find or watch anywhere on TV.

Hands down... ST: The Wrath Of Khan...
From Hells Heart I Stab At Thee.... For Hate's Sake.... I Spit My Last Breath At Thee...--Khan

Avery Brooks was my favorite character. He (in my opinion) was the best captain in any ST series.
My second favorite character would have to be Alexander Siddig (Siddig El Fadil). I loved the fact that he was genetically enhanced and kept it hid for such a long time... and his Section 31 involvement was a great story arc in DS9.

Either the American rovers are the only ones working...
Or the other rovers are working and the information being collected is not being reported.
If any past signs of life are found, I think that the information will be suppressed. Our society is ready for many things, but the knowledge that "we" are the the galactic focal point of the universe might be upsetting to the economy and key religious groups.
Personally I would love to hear that there was signs of intelligent life on Mars. But if that is the case, we wont know about the informaiton until it has been de-classified.
Just a thought...

I have NASA television. I believe it is part of the basic package for anyone who has Dish Network and a Dish 500 system. Good stuff for Mars rover information.
I love my satellites and my 800 channels...

Now is this just "crossovers" or do spinoffs count as well?

Ent is showing a lot of promise... I think it would be great for it to run 7 full seasons, but I dont believe that it will hold up to it. I voted 5 seasons.
Personally, I would love to see the introduction of the Federation-Romulan War, The Birth of The UFP, and the christening of the Daedalus class starships.

Aye... It has been my dream to visit ST:TE for some time now...

The Defiant...
Definately the best lil' ship in the fleet. Broke my heart to see the Breen (frozen bastards) destroy that ship.

Thank god there was another to take her place

From a HUGE DS9 fan, I thought her death very sad.
I loved DS9 because each character was developed. A person who watched the show religiously could look at Constable Odo, Kira, Captain Benjamin Sisko (or any major DS9 character) and know why they acted the way they did and even foreshadow future DS9 events between characters. This series could not have been made any better!
