    I was sad to hear this too.  He really added a lot to Law & Order and while he'd already left the series - I was looking forward to seeing him in a spinoff.

    TUH, apparently he shot a couple of episodes of the spin off...so he should be in there...they might even do what they did in 8 Simple Rules and have him killed and a funeral is held, where the Law & Order cast are brought over to the spin off..

    Spockstellaiter - you could but because copy prevention on the DVD player is standard, it will fade the video in and out making the copy on VHS very very poor.

     

    Besides why would you want to downgrade from a digital disc (DVD) to a analogue tape?

     

    The recording onto the DVD player is impossible unless you had a DVD recorder

    the stereo system should have an AUX IN, or something similiar.

     

    Plug a red and white RCA cable into that from your TV (if your TV's stereo, it will have a yellow, red and white jacks - if it's mono it'll only have yellow and red or yellow and white).
