    Season 1 is my all time favourite season. I loved the spirit of exploring and the camaderie. Season 2 was mainly good as well.

     

    Season 3 had many very good eps - very typical Star Trek eps like Extinction, Similitude, The Shipment, Chosen Realm. But there were also eps which were so un-trekish that I cannot stand them like The Damage, Azati Prime and Stratagem.

     

    Season 4 IMHO was a sci-fi show but no Trek. But I could have lived with that as well if only ENT would have gone on.

    By the way, have you heard the "test" theme ST.com published some time ago using "Archer's theme" and having Scott Bakula say the famous words "these are the voyages of the starship Enterprise"? That's terrific.

    (Great to hear but IMO no option as a theme)

    That map is so cool!  How interesting to see where we're all coming from.  It really is a small world, especially now that the internet has become so huge.  Imagine 25 years ago ... did you ever dream that people all over the world would be this accessible?

    Normally I wouldn't have bought one. But I got one as a Christmas gift from a very special friend. Guess which one....

     

    Okay, that isn't that difficult. She knows me too and presented me "Archer". Now I'm quite happy with "MY" captain on the shelf.

     

    In the meantime (it was a perfect birthday gift) I've the Archer toy in the EV suit as well.

    That's what made, (past tense), Enterprise so good.  Man's basic pioneering spirit.  That Enterprise was out on it's own, taking risks and finding out about the galaxy.

    I absolutely agree. The pioneering spirit was what attracted me. I miss this too. This and the friendship between the characters.

     

    How much I missed this became clear to me when noticing how excited I reacted watching the "captain's mess scene" in Zero Hour.

     

    I agree the drug addiction IS annoying.

    One of my favorite Star Trek aliens..They are interesting..The episodes they are in on Enterprise are always fantastic..It would be awesome if we learned more about them and their culture in the future..They could be an intrical part of Enterprise..I like the interaction between Commander Shran, Captain Archer and T'pol..

    I do love Shran! And the antenae make me laugh all the times!

    I liked the video VERY much. It includes all the sensual scenes between Trip and T'Pol. And the music was a perfect match.

     

    In the beginning I didn't like the idea of a relation between the two of them and I still think Malcolm would fit better to her. But I have to admit the writers deal with the relationsship very good. I like the slow but steady development .

     

    I do not like this whole drug story. It's just not "logical". T'Pol left her assignment to join the Xindi mission and supported it in every way. Now she acts so weak, so selfish? No, this makes no sense to me.

    Whenever I read pass it to xxx people I immediatly delete it! I hate it to be manipulated!!! And of course nothing bad happens to me!

     

    I seldom pass these "funny" e-mails. Only if they are REALLY good - but NEVER ones which say pass me to.....

    What a hard choice!!!! Kirk is THE hero of my youth!! I admire Spock - even more after I saw Leonard Nimoy at a convention and I LOVE Scotty especially after I was having so much fun on the couch during a photo session with James Doohan.

     

    I voted for Spock! But as I said it was a very close decision.

    I'm surprised that no-one has opened a topic on the ongoing European Championship in Portugal? Everyone I know is going nuts about it.

     

    Even in business life it's THE topic to talk about. Whenever I'm talking to a customer he/she likes to talk about the chances of their team. I do enjoy that too. I love to hear about how the results are being discussed in each country.

     

    The German team? Forget it!!!! Good against Holland but sucked against Latvia!!!!

    I don't agree to this either. And hey, you've forgotten something important. Holland is having a great soccer team - honestly!!!!! I do hope Holland and Germany will make it to the quarter final!!!!! But I'm not that optimistic about the German team. How could they've tied with Latvia?? Latvia?!!?!?

     

    I'm from a city called Ludwigshafen. This is approx. 60 km south of Frankfurt. The city is famous for a big international chemical plant ---> BASF.

     

    Approx. 20 km in the East there's Heidelberg and if you'd travel the same distance to the West you'll be in midst of the wine yards - an area which attracts lots of tourists.
