ARGH! I clicked to see what you said, Kevin, and forgot about the music! I had Jumpin' Jack Flash going, then the Eagles fight song went over it. *bangs head on keyboard*
*whispers* Go, Broncos! *runs*

Looking for SW trivia and trying desperately to get the Eagles' fight song out of my head. *thwacks VBG*

One of the many reasons I love ya, Debbie.
Now I'm heating up a microwave dinner even though it's nearly 2 AM and I'm not really hungry because I'm still nervous and I eat when I'm nervous. :blush 2:

Thwacking Hang on Debbie's behalf.

Frankly, I like Ford and Arthur both (saying love would probably be overdoing it...), for basically the same reasons as Gabri. :lol:That's because you're obviously a hoopy frood who knows where his towel is. B)

Being worried. *bites nails* Also getting an Avon order together to send to my Avon lady and thinking ruefully of how behind I am in everything today.

You included too many good poll choices! I had to go with 42, I just had to. It's a classic.
Honestly, I don't think either would have been as fun as they were without having the other there as a foil. Ford is simply magnificent, but he would be too over the top, I think, without Arthur's down-to-earth (sorry ) attitude to both ground and show off Ford's unique brand of insanity. On the other hand, what makes Arthur so genuinely interesting is watching him react to the totally crazy characters he comes in contact with, and the situations he finds himself in, and Ford is usually at the root of that. The Arthur/Ford interactions are the best part of the books. Except possibly Marvin, and Ford's interaction with the friendly reprogrammed robot he named Colin. And maybe the cow who offered herself as a menu item. But other than that, you know. B)
And I based my opinion on the books. I've never seen or heard the tv and radio shows.
