Bradley Cooper is an A-List star.

 

If you say so, it still doesn' t change the fact this is the first i've heard of him.

Abrams and co. sound a bit nervous that they may have alienated many longtime Star Trek fans.

^ Normally, I would agree, but this film does sound interesting and besides it also stars Edward Furlong who is probably most famous for playing a young John Connor in Terminator 2. I am looking forward to seeing his performance in this film. I also think a lot of Syfy's more recent efforts have been very good and entertaining. There are also a lot of older sci-fi shows being aired. There was a Twilight Zone marathon on all day New Year's eve and just a few days ago some of the original V episodes were being aired. I think that Syfy is doing their best to show both older and newer sci-fi.

 

Which older films and shows would you like them to show?

I'm looking forward to this film. I can't wait to see it.

RIP Robert Easton. Thank you for your contribution to Star Trek and to my favorite Trek film, The Undiscovered Country.

After all those years of rantings and marketing and there are people who haven't heard about it!

 

Now I feel like a complete failure.

 

I guess I have to mention it more in my upcoming posts.

I agree. I don't want to see them just redo all of the TOS stories. Surely they can come up with something original? Too much to ask?

 

 

It's too late to start expecting them to come up with "something original".

Its good to see that there is more awareness and involvement regarding suicide prevention. Its a worthy project and it gives people with suicidal thoughts a place to find the help they need.

I think that Weller will be a good addition to the cast. His past contributions to sci fi have been memorable to say the least.

The re-mastered eps look good. I like what the f/x people have done with them.

Lets not forget the closeup of her getting that foot massage in that ep ( forgot the name of it) on TNG. .. That was even more than I bargained for.

 

Let us not forget her and Dr. Crusher with their workout together wearing the leotard outfits, holy guacamole.

 

That's right!! How did I forget that scene? Thanks for mentioning it. Now, If I can recall the name of the ep that featured that I will be complete.

I have no idea who this actress is. I haven't seen any of the shows/movies that are listed in the article.Can somebody familiar with her acting fill me in on whether she is good or not?

They look nice. I wouldn't mind getting them.

I think Janeway would win. She had more experience than B'elanna. I think that would make the difference.

I thought she was totally hot and I wanted to bang her so yes.....she did a great job!

I wonder who would be cast as a younger version of Sirtis also. I'd still prefer for the original TNG cast to make at least one more film though. I grew up watching the series and thought that it could've lasted a few more seasons when it went off the air. I guess nobody noticed that is was the #1 syndicated show at the time.

:superhappy: I think it will make for breathtaking scenery if Hawaii is used as a shooting location.

I thought she did great in her role as the intendant. I also liked how it showcased her abilities as an actress.

That sounds like it would be worth the drive from Wisconsin just to see the fx you're talking about.

I may have to make the drive down there just to check this out.
